Returning or Exchanging Online Items

Every item you purchase ONLINE through Mountain Crossings is backed with a 100% performance guarantee within 2 weeks of the purchase to ensure the item fits/is as pictured. Please call us at (706) 745-6095 before sending anything back because some items may need to be sent to the manufacturer. Items being returned back to Mountain Crossings must be mailed within 2 weeks of purchase date and must not show visible wear and tear or else they cannot be accepted for resale to other customers. Please include original receipt. You can return or exchange your item by mail or at our retail location, regardless of whether you made your purchase online or by mail.

In a hurry? You can expedite an exchange by placing a new order with your bank card and returning the unwanted merchandise for credit.

Items purchased IN STORE at Mountain Crossings that are needing to be returned or exchanged are handled on a case by case basis and are done so at the discretion of Management. This is due to the transient nature of our customer base and as a company we work with customers to offer the best options an educate the consumer about their purchase. Returns and Exchanges by Mail

  1. Original tags must be included in the package.
  2. Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or gift packing list, or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone number
    • E-mail address
    • When, where and by whom the purchase was made
    • Reason for the return
    • Purchase price of the item(s)
  3. Please specify whether you would like an exchange (you are required to pay shipping costs), a repair, a refund or a bankcard credit.
