Returning or Exchanging Online Items

Items being returned back to Mountain Crossings must be mailed within 2 weeks of purchase date and must not show visible wear and tear or else they cannot be accepted for resale to other customers. Please include original receipt. You can return or exchange your item by mail or at our retail location, regardless of whether you made your purchase online or by mail.

Items purchased IN STORE at Mountain Crossings that are needing to be returned or exchanged are handled on a case by case basis and are done so at the discretion of Management. This is due to the transient nature of our customer base and as a company we work with customers to offer the best options an educate the consumer about their purchase.
